What an embarrassing moment for Americans in the United States and an angry moment for Black people all over the world due to a president named Donald Trump.

According to a Washington Post news story, President Trump grew frustrated with lawmakers Thursday in the Oval Office when they discussed protecting immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries as part of a bipartisan immigration deal. Many heard him during the meeting make these comments: “Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?”

The news article continued to say that Trump then suggested that the United States should instead bring more people from countries such as Norway, whose prime minister he met with Wednesday. Trump also commented that he would prefer more immigrants from Asian countries, thinking that they help the United States economy more than the other immigrants.

It was also reported that in regards to the immigration deal Trump said. “Why do we need more Haitians? Take them out.”
