Minor charges in connection to the Reedley murders

The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office has filed a juvenile petition against a minor
over the age of 16 with the Juvenile Division of the Fresno County Superior Court.
Pursuant to California law, a minor who is over the age of 16 is only eligible to be transferred to adult court upon order of the Court.
The detention hearing for the minor is scheduled for Thursday, January 11th, 2024, in the
Juvenile Division of the Fresno County Superior Court.
