Former Tesla employee and plaintiff, Diaz rejects lawsuit payout downsized to $15 million

Although a jury found for the plaintiff, Diaz, and ordered Tesla to pay US$137 million in damages for the racial bias lawsuit in 2021, federal judge, William Orrick,reduced the total award down to $15 million in April of 2022
