Valley Black Talk Radio to extend radio TV show an extra 2-hours this Sunday

  • 2 min read

The strained relationship between the police and the black community have resulted in tragedy after tragedy this week: two unjustified shootings of black men by police officers, in Louisiana and Minnesota and 11 officers shot at, five killed in Dallas from a sniper.

The constant cry of "Black Lives Matter, Blue Lives Matter," and "All Lives Matter" has put people at odds during protests, news debates, lunchroom talks, and backyard discussions.

As Americans are at their boiling point, the conversation has not gotten past race; in fact, it is fueled by indirect racially incentive comments, direct stereotypes related to ethnicity and hurtful generalizations relative to the black community and peace officers.

Valley Black Talk Radio's July 7th, Thursday night show with guest national radio show host Theron K. Cal from The Real Brother Radio Network exposed the hurt, angers and fears of members of the black community.

Theron K. Cal discussed how black males approached by police have to change their methodology; protesters have to change their understanding of the justice system.

Watch entire July 7th show repeats now at www.onmetv.com up until Sunday afternoon.

On Sunday July 10th, Valley Black Talk Radio is extending its show an extra two hours, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM for community members and leaders to join in the discussion, psychology and solutions to to the blue and black communities relationship.

Guest host Ken McCoy will discuss the social media aspects of the shootings filmed and future trends affecting how people receive their news and information in real time.

Viewers are welcome to watch live the program live this Sunday which is also being streamed internationally to the BlackTradelines app and FilmOn.:

Feel free to also call in with your comments, thoughts, solutions, and vents: 559-365-6233.
